Intrexx 18.03 "end of life“

Dear customers, dear partners,

we would like to inform you that the support for Intrexx Version 18.03 expired on August 31, 2020.
We recommend that you upgrade to the current Intrexx Version 19.03.
If you have licensing questions regarding your upgrade, please contact your sales representative directly.
For technical questions please contact the Support.
If you need help with the upgrade, please contact your sales representative directly.

During the goodwill phase until 30.9.2020, we will continue to process tickets under the regular software service contract.
Please understand that we will no longer publish any online updates or hotfixes for Intrexx Version 18.03 after October 1, 2020.
If you would like to continue to receive security updates, you have the option of concluding an "Extended Lifetime" additional contract with costs.
